Backstage Warehouse - Brexit Statement

The United Kingdom has now finished the transition period with the European Union.

At Backstage Warehouse, we are fully ready with the appropiate Economic Operator Registration Indentification (EORI) for dealing with Importing and Exporting.

Many of our suppliers are European based, therefore, delivery time are currently expected to be delayed due to increase Customs checks and procedures.

We will continue to support all orders complying to all the current regulations. We enjoy supporting our international partners and support our customers Worldwide.

Should this occur will we contact you at the earliest opportunity and will work with all parties involved to minimise the delays.

Imported Goods

All orders will be imported to our Warehouse and we will deal with all the VAT and Import Taxes that will need to be dealt with. Unfortunately, this will mean some deliveries may take longer than previously. All goods sent out from our warehouse is on a Next Day Service as standard (except Pallet Deliveries, 3-5 Days as standard)

Exported Goods

All orders being exported from our Warehouse or UK Based Suppliers will be dispatched on a delivery service as provided. We will not charge VAT on any orders that are leaving the United Kingdom. The Recipient will be liabable for all Local Taxes and Tariffs upon receiving the Goods. This is usually dealt with by the Courier and goods will not be delivered until Taxes and fees are paid. We are not responsible for and transit times and delays once the goods have left us.

Should you decide not to pay the Taxes and Fees, the Parcel will be returned to us. If this is the case, the customer will be liable for any shipping return fees before receiving a refund.

All refunds are for goods only and not Shipping Cost. We charge no restocking fees unless its Direct from Supplier who does charge restocking fees.

If you wish to return an order, please use our Returns system that can be found at the bottom of our website. The Customer is liable to cover the cost of Shipping to the UK.
